Evaluation of the Preliminary Task

In my group, we were stuck for ideas of what to do for our filming and so spent our first lesson wasting time and filming anything that we could think of without a real plan. But when it came to the second lesson, someone had a good idea and so we decided to film that and spent the whole lesson trying to capture different shots which unexpectedly took a lot more time than expected because it took time to place the camera in different positions and then to prepare for the next recording.

But we didn’t manage to film all we wanted to in that lesson so we had the next lesson to do it as well, unfortunately the main actress could not play the main character that day so someone else in our group had to step in. It didn’t matter though because we recorded all the things that we needed to, with the required camera shots and also making our film humorous which when came to editing in our pairs, it all came together to produce a quite well organised piece. During editing, we had to bring all our clips together, to crop and cut parts out and add sound effects or music to produce the final piece.
